We will have three 15-minute Skype consultations. The first after I receive your questionnaire. The second, four weeks into your program. The third, at the end of your program.
You will check in with me weekly and I will adjust your program bi-weekly.
Weekly check ins are on Sunday's
Progress photos are mandatory
I will help motivate and encourage you through the program.
I am here to guide you. Remember that you will only see results if you stay committed and put in the work. It's all up to you.
